My husband and I have bought and sold houses in several states, working with different realtors each time. Jen was our absolute favorite realtor by far! We feel so fortunate to have found her to sell our home in Whitefish. Jen is very knowledgeable. She suggested what price we could list at to likely get a sale within a month, and a higher price to list at if we were willing to wait several months. We went with her lower list price suggestion, and we?re happy to have received multiple offers on our home. It sold for above our asking price! Jen was excellent at helping us negotiate. She was always quick to reply to us by text or by phone. Unlike other realtors who just want the sale to close to get the commission, we felt that Jen was always looking out for us and always had our best interests in mind. Jen also uses Matterport, the 3D walkthrough tour, and we know that helped our house sell since the buyers we?re out of state. Jen is wonderful. You won?t regret choosing her as your realtor!

Overall a very positive home buying experience, Jen?s 16 years of experience as a realtor shine through in everything she does. At the time that I had begun to house shop, I was a state over in Idaho. I had been to Montana a couple times on vacation but wasn?t extremely familiar with the area. I immediately meshed very well with Jen, I explained my housing criteria and she immediately set me up with her listing service that updates every 30 minutes so as to get the most up to date listings as possible. After several phone conversations and listing comparisons, Jen had assisted me in compiling a list of houses and areas to see within my search criteria. As luck would have it, a couple days after being introduced to Jen, the perfect house hit the market and Jen got set to the task of pulling comps and doing her own research so she could make an informed analysis and suggestion on how to approach it. From the time the initial offer was submitted and accepted to the morning that we all met for breakfast before closing, Jen was always there every step of the way and always available to give her thoughts on any subjective questions asked.
