As a first time home buyer, I was very wary about the whole process. David was perfect and helpful every step of the way. One thing I cant stress enough in this review is that David is not your typical realtor. He treats you like family. I recently changed job locations, moving across the country to South Carolina, which meant I met David initially online and most of our coordination was remote. Despite the distance, I never felt worried or concerned. I came to South Carolina for a quick weekend and David had dozens of homes selected to view. One thing that really stood out, was that David took the time to show me around the city and familiarize myself with everything Columbia had to offer. This helped me get a better idea of neighborhoods and also calmed my nerves about moving to a new city. Even though I did not find a home the first day, his local knowledge of the area led me to expanding my search and finding the perfect home. He helped me negotiate for additional appliances in the home. Throughout the process he always quickly answered my questions and acted as my boots on the ground while I was trying to get myself moved across the country. When it came time to close, it was simple and stress free. I 100% intend to use him to help me sell my home in the future, and Ive already recommended him to a friend who had an equally good experience.
