My husband and I actually started working with Paul last year in 2023. I called him interested in a property he was the realtor for. Unfortunately the property was already under contract. But that didnt stop him. He asked me what I was looking for and I would get Daily emails with property listings. If we saw a property we were interested in Paul showed it to us promptly. He would answer calls/emails/text all hrs of the day. Eventually my husband and I found a house we loved. Paul was phenomenal in the closing process! After we moved into our new home we put our old home up for sale. Paul did such a great job finding our dream home that we decided to hire Paul to sell our old house. It was on the market for 1 day and we had multiple offers. Paul made a spread sheet on the different offers (which was great bc we had no clue what was going on!) we chose who was best for us and we closed on our house within 40 days! Paul was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone looking a hard working agent.

My wife and I made a recent trip to North Carolina to look into moving here, and had no idea of where to look or even a soul to talk with. We happen to come across a home listing by Paul and it was the best thing we could have ever asked for. Paul was very attentive to our request and desires for what we were looking for in property. After a few days of looking in many areas , we we able to find our NC home , and for that we will be forever grateful to Paul and his knowledge and skills as our Relator. If I was ever to move again , which I am not planning to do, I would reach out to Paul.
