From the start of our relationship Peter showed complete professionalism and knowledge of the local market. He started by showing comps in different areas and breaking down the pricing to dollars per square foot accordingly. Ranking homes based on quality, affordability and in line with the styles and neighborhoods I preferred. Peter asked me to write detailed notes about what I liked and disliked about each home so that both he and I could get a better sense of I was looking for.Overall it was about a year until I found a property that I felt was worth putting an offer in for with reasonable value. Once the property was identified Peter did a great job guiding me through bidding process as I was a first time home buyer. I followed his advice throughout the process and ultimately was under contract with the sellers.Peter also did a great job through the lending process, because as most viewers are aware the lenders tend to give you letters of approval and then make you jump through what seems like infinite hoops until you finally close. Peter worked closely with my lender and disseminated information to the seller's agent accordingly,All and all I think Peter is an excellent agent and have already referred several friends to him. I will definitely use him again for my next real estate endeavor.

I am so fortunate I went with my gut feeling and chose Dede Maw to sell my dad's house in Poway. He passed away and it was up to me to get it sold. I met her husband, Pete - what a great team they are! You cannot find two nicer people! They were very professional, friendly, and personable. Many realtors contacted me, and not knowing any of them I gambled and chose to go with Dede. She sent me a very nice handwritten note asking for my business. I liked the personal touch and that swayed me. Dede told me the market was good and that I should not have any problem selling the house quickly. She was right. The whole process from beginning to end took a little over a month. I felt like she was really working for me and really cared about getting a fair price for the house. I'm a little sad that I may never see Dede again. I do not live in California anymore, I live in Illinois, so its not likely I'll need her services again but I will refer her to my San Diego friends. We worked with Peter and his associate Janicke for our relocation to San Diego from Minnesota, and they were fantastic. They took us around to every house that met our criteria on our three trips, and quickly got a sense of what we were looking for. They were indefatigable in making sure we got into all the houses we wanted to, and finding us the right house for our family. They even went to see some houses for us when we were back in Minnesota, took pictures, videos and measurements. We couldn't have asked for better service and we really liked them too! They guided us through the process of buying our home remotely and it went very smoothly, despite some difficult seller situations. Peter also provided a lot of information regarding schools for our children, contractors to do work on our house, and was even available to meet with them at the house while we are away. They are continuing to help us until we move to California in a few months. We highly recommend them. Wish all realtors were this good!
