I am so fortunate I went with my gut feeling and chose Dede Maw to sell my dad's house in Poway. He passed away and it was up to me to get it sold. I met her husband, Pete - what a great team they are! You cannot find two nicer people! They were very professional, friendly, and personable. Many realtors contacted me, and not knowing any of them I gambled and chose to go with Dede. She sent me a very nice handwritten note asking for my business. I liked the personal touch and that swayed me. Dede told me the market was good and that I should not have any problem selling the house quickly. She was right. The whole process from beginning to end took a little over a month. I felt like she was really working for me and really cared about getting a fair price for the house. I'm a little sad that I may never see Dede again. I do not live in California anymore, I live in Illinois, so its not likely I'll need her services again but I will refer her to my San Diego friends.
