Working with Leigh Ann to find the right house was just about the best experience I could imagine. Since this was our first time buying, she made us feel comfortable right away, and we were both a bit nervous. Leigh Ann was meticulous in scheduling a day of showings. But also, she was willing and ready to view houses at nearly a moments notice. She made her schedule fit ours for anything. She suggested several houses we probably would have never looked at without her guidance, providing plenty of options. This made every showing exciting & a possibility! Leigh Ann always had info on hand we might need to know, she had her homework done! Often I would find myself asking the same questions or looking for explanations over and over because lingo & terminology was foreign & confusing but she patiently explained things as many times as it took for the light to come on & everything was understood.
