David and Amanda are such a wonderful team with complementary skills! David has his eye on the market and Amanda has an eye for contract details. Davids open honesty was refreshing and he never sugar-coated the truth or told me just what I wanted to hear, which I appreciated immensely. David was a wealth of information and was able to provide recommendations about things I never thought to consider. Both were extremely communicative and would often respond to texts or emails within minutes or let me know they would get back to me within a few hours. I was always able to get immediate assistance. They were respectful and diligent selling my house for more than I expected and had a PLAN for getting it sold. David and Amanda also helped me procure a piece of land to build my dream home. It was a difficult contract that took more than a year to resolve, but they never gave up, got all of my questions answered, and helped me decide the proper course of action with a less than honest seller. Both performed heroics in order to get me into my dream home and it is so much appreciated! They made my home-buying process as stress-free as possible and I would highly recommend them. I will absolutely use them in the future if I ever have to buy/sell.
