We had a terrific experience with Lynn! After sending her an initial inquiry via her website, we didn't expect to hear back for a day or two, but she called us one the phone within a few minutes and had set up a showing within the week. She was both knowledgeable of the area in which our (soon to be) new house is located, and knew a great deal about the condition of the house itself. Things she wasn't sure of at our first meeting (when the roof had last been repaired, some unclear tax breakdowns) she took upon herself to look up for us and presented it in a clear way. She also took the time to sit down with us and discuss the whole real estate process (we're first time buyers and were basically going in blind) and gave us extensive lists of things we needed to do and contacts for helpful individuals (bank representatives, home inspectors etc) to keep the process speedy. She always called us back right away when we had questions and kept us informed (via email or phone) when there was an update or something went wrong and we needed to fix. She was great at keeping other people involved (town representatives, title company) on their toes as well so we didn't get bogged down with things getting pushed back - we were worried our closing might get delayed so much that we would have to pay extra rent, but because of her persistence that didn't happen. Coming from people whose only knowledge of how to buy a house came from the internet, it was a great comfort to work with someone who is experienced, helpful, and really friendly!
