I have bought and sold more houses in the last five years then I care to say. Well, it?s only been two, and there was another some ten years back but! we just closed on our forever home! I cannot emphasize this enough: Kathleen Manganaro will not fail you. She is unbelievable. She was so thorough and diligent. I will admit, there were a few times when my anxiety had me best of me and I probably texted or called more than I should have. She was very patient with me and truly gained my trust. She really went out of her way to gain information for us and keep us informed. She listened to our description of what we were looking for and kept that in mind every time a possible option popped onto the market.
