We ended up working with Lukas when a partner at his company was unable to meet with us for a showing. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough - he had even prepared welcome packets for us with similarly-priced homes in the area. He took notes as we walked through and prepared a list of homes meeting as many of our parameters as possible in less than a week.When we had to make a sudden pivot away from purchasing due to a change in circumstances, he was equally as attentive to our rental search. When we did a multi-home tour-day, he prepared maps for us, kept in touch with us when he was running late, and gave his unbiased opinions on the properties.When we found a home we loved he worked through the entire leasing process with the same dedication, and was in constant communication with us and the leasing agent, including double- and triple-checking the paperwork for us so we could fill in signatures we'd missed previously. He even picked up the application fee from my husband after work hours so we didn't have to run out.When we're in a better position to buy a home, 100% if he's still in the area and wants to work with us, we're using Lukas every time. We genuinely could not have had a better person working on our behalf.
