Before ultimately deciding on purchasing a property with Matt as my agent, I met with a few other agents who were all fine, but Matt emerged as the clear choice to move forward with. Looking back now, I know I made the right decision. Matt was confident, capable, knowledgeable, thorough, detail-oriented, friendly, attentive, and straight-forward throughout the entire home buying process, from start to finish. Even though I was searching/buying from out of state, the process went remarkably smooth. Matt kept the ball rolling, and yet I never felt he was being too pushy or salesy. He always made every option very clear to me but ultimately left the decision-making up to me, without any pressure or rush, which to me is VERY important in selecting a real estate agent. You want to feel that he/she has your best interests in mind and isn't just eager to use you to collect a commission.Overall I had an excellent home buying experience with Matt, and I will definitely recommend him to any family/friends looking at real estate in Philly.
