If you want true white glove service, look no further than Justin. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional in all aspects of the home buying process.All of my friends and family repeatedly reccomended to use my local credit union for the home buying process. That's the route I started down and quickly realized between the slow/no response, the lack of knowledge, unwillingness to help, and the lack luster reccomendations of properties that I needed some help if I was ever going to buy a home.That is precisely where Justin came in and saved the day. I saw some reviews on other home buyers he helped, and decided to take another leap of faith and reach out. Justin took my first call and we discussed what was important in a home for me. Showed him a property that I thought ticked all the boxes, and without hesitation setup a showing for me. Unfortunately, sometimes photos of the home are the most appealing aspect of it. The home was a disaster, but Justin came prepared with 3 other listings in the same area that ticked all of the boxes I spoke to him about the previous day. He did all of this on his own without asking, very motivated to find you the right fit home even if you don't know what that is quite yet. Toured the other 3 locations, all considerably nicer than the first. Decided to sleep on it, wasn't 100% sure what exactly I wanted. Spoke to Justin again, thanked him for his time and told him of my concerns. Previous credit union failed to get me pre-approved, because I didn't trust them enough to do business there. All they seemed to care about was pre-qualification and how much house I could afford, I could tell I was a number rather than a client. That's where Justin explained to me the importance of pre-approval and how it is required to put in an offer. He reccomended an outstanding mortgage broker to me who ACTUALLY CARED! Took the time to get to know me, and what route was best for me and my budget. Needless to say, we went with the mortgage broker and couldn't be more happy with Justin's quality reccomendation. About a week goes by then I get a call from Justin out of the blue about a home that fits my budget and is way nicer than what I was focused on. I take a look at the listing, and instantly have to go see the property. Turns out it was in a strange "closed bid" situation (I should read the listing thoroughly) that closed the NEXT Day at noon. Without hesitation, we setup an appointment with Justin to tour the home first thing in the morning. After spending some time and giving his professional feed back on the property, I was still nervous to make an offer (first time home buyer, big commitment) but time was ticking away. Through his connections in the real estate world he was able to speak to a home inspector that previously inspected the home. Turns out the home was in perfect order, just needed a few minor cosmetics. That truly blew me away, I was able to make a completely informed decision about purchasing a home all within a few hours of spending time with a top notch realtor. We submitted an offer and got the property! I can't forget to mention the 40 day close (would have been 30 if I wouldn't have taken a sabbatical), incredibly fast and efficient. Honestly, home buying without an understanding, motivated and compassionate realtor doesn't make sense. With Justin, you are not only a client but you are a priority. I'm not a million dollar client, but I felt like one from the first call to the close of the sale. Do yourself a favor and call Justin.Thank you for find my family the perfect home!
