The good news - we got the house we wanted, there were some struggles but we all worked through it. Looking back, I NEVER should have used Berkshire Hathaway to Buy a home, AND Sell our existing. Lots of struggles, one in particular is the PreApproval place sent our Approval to Wendy - who was in charge of the selling, and to Christine, who was in charge of our buying . Our offer was $570 on a listing of $575 - of course, our approval was sent to Both Wendy and Christine, so why would the Seller accept anything less than listing price, since we were approved for over that amount?Once we got the house, we had super limited time to move our belongings out and into the new. Then, the worst is we paid top dollar for a house INFESTED with black widows and ROACHES. we are still struggling with the Roaches almost a month into the house.
