Theres many things I could say about James, the first thing that comes to mind is his honesty. I went to high school with James so when we were looking to buy a house he was the first person I went to. He showed us one house and told us no, he wouldnt let us. He sent me the house we just bought before it hit Zillow, we went to look at it the very next day, put an offer in on it (which he told us what we should offer), and the offer got accepted! Through the process he has always made himself available even though he is so so busy and he made sure to keep us happy. He answered every little question we had and the one question he didnt know the answer to, he made sure to ask and get us the correct answer. He made the process painless and we are forever grateful to him. I will go with James for everything we do house wise. Thank you 1000x, we appreciate everything.

There are so many wonderful things to say about James. Being a first time homebuyer, I was completely lost and clueless about the entire process. James took the time to explain everything and answer my millions of questions (even the ones I repeated several times). He took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and in turn was able to use that information to help me find my perfect house! While the process is generally nerve-racking, James was constantly checking in to see not only how the loan side of the process was moving, but how I was feeling about it and if anything needed to be cleared up. He actually helped connect me to a lender in the area. Even after closing, James continues to check in and has even swung by the house to help out with some home improvements. I HIGHLY recommend hiring James because not only will you get an amazing and knowledgeable Realtor, you're also getting a friend!
