I was new to the area and seeking to purchase a home. As my buyersagent, Trish Marchetti was phenomenal and I would highly recommendher. She took me through the whole process from the home search, theshowings, to analysis of pricing, to making an offer, to strategies forgetting the offer to be the one selected, and getting ready for theclosing. She was also instrumental during the inspection processleading up to the closing of going back and forth to the sellers agentsand representing my interests. Im so glad I had her by my side in theprocess.Trish is very hard-working, responsible, knowledgeable, responsive,experienced, trustworthy, enthusiastic, patient, great negotiator, andgreat at suppressing worrying, and an all around pleasure to work with. Being new to the area, I was looking in between Cambridge and as far asLeominster. She knew the ins and outs of the different neighborhoods innumerous towns as opposed to only working in one town as manyagents do. That was extremely helpful to me as I spent weeks narrowingin on which town to focus on.She was willing to work with me in a rather rigorous house showingschedule, meeting with me for 2-3 showings a week for 4 months straightwhile I also attended the weekend open houses. I was also impressedwith how she paid close attention to all the feedback I gave her and shequickly knew my criteria on many of the house attributes. Thatbecame exceedingly helpful as time went on.The best possible person you can walk through a house with is Trish. Not only does she see the good in every house which helps thinkthrough the possibilities of living there, but she has talent and trainingin architecture and design. She would literally tell me what modificationsI could make to improve the livability and worth of the houses all within a modern style and design. Also worth mentioning is that she is completely reliable. If she had aconflict or medical emergency which may have happened only 1 time in 5months, and she couldnt make a showing, she sent a colleague in herplace to take care of me. I never had to worry.Trish is phenomenal and well beyond excellent at real estate and anyonewould be lucky to get her as their agent.

My wife and I met Miah at an open house. She was not our agent at the time but we were instantly impressed by her and her mother. She had an honest and casual way about her which put us at ease. Often, house hunting is a strenuous process and many realtors can be very invasive and pushy. Not Miah! She was exactly what you want. We started working with her soon after.Miah took us to see many places, listened closely to our desired features, and was refreshingly honest about things we were seeing. There was one option in particular that Miah went WAY over and above to find information about zoning, flood zones, and all other aspects of the property we needed to know. She made phone calls and personally visited the town hall. All this for a house she knew was not right for us - but that I had "grand plans" for. Of course my wife agreed with Miahs view of the property and we moved on to others. But she was never dismissive of my "plans" - just diligent and honest. Eventually we found our house and could not be happier.Not once in the process did I ever questions Miah's commitment to our family. And whats more, we became friends during the process. I still keep in contact with Miah and enjoy our talks. I would not hesitate one second in using Miah again in the future or recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I can honestly say that I have rarely worked with anyone as impressive as Miah. In fact, I think Miah has proven to be the best professional I have ever worked with regardless of profession. Picking Miah was the best decision we have made in a long time!

My wife and I are a loss for words at describing how wonderful a real estate agent Trish Marchetti is. She was there for us throughout our entire home-buying process. She is tremendously knowledgable, all of her reports and descriptions were very detailed. Very down to earth and courteous, we never felt pressured by her. When wefound the house we wanted, we contacted her and she was able to get us a showing the very next day (we emailed her 1130pm the previous day). Even when we were denied our VA home loan, she found a friendly bank that would accept our loan. Mark Newell from Leader Bank was extremely hard working, friendly, and explained every step plainly to us. We feel that God led us to the best people in the field. This house has been such a blessing to us and to others (Its an owner occupied three-decker).We recommend Trish and Mark to everyone, and we Praise God for such wonderful people who helped us get our first home :-)
