We had been looking to make the move from CA to CO for a little over a year and contacted Travis super early on in our process. Moving halfway across the country is such a big decision so we didn't want to rush. Travis was extremely helpful with all our questions with the areas we were considering, he has awesome communication (which we really appreciated being so far), and he never pressured us on any homes we were considering or pushed us on anything we didn't want. He was more than happy to have virtual showings with us on the homes we were considering. We knew we were looking for a diamond in the rough with our criteria, and we knew we had to be patient with finding the right "forever home" ... Well that day came and we let Travis know. He jumped on a virtual tour with us within that day, we got our offer in, negotiated with pricing, and we landed our dream home within 24 hours!
