Steve Hamel is an individual of the highest integrity and ability. We bought our house as a listing from Steve in 2010 and kept in touch with him over the years. He helped us, for no gain of his own, over the years with general real estate questions. So, when we decided to sell our home in March 2019 it made sense we would use Steve's services. Not only did we have several offers within 1 week, we also sold the house in that same period of time for over the asking price! Steve did an exceptional job answering all of our questions as well as walking us through our first home selling experience. There was never a moment where my wife and I did not feel that Steve had the process under complete control. After the completion of escrow, Steve also helped us to find a new short-term rental option and did an outstanding job of listening to our needs and matching up opportunities for us to see properties. We were able to quickly choose a new home based on Steve's knowledge and advice on choosing a new home for our family. I highly recommend Steve and will continue using his services in the future!
