Janis Tolbert was an excellent real estate agent, I could not have asked for anyone more superior than she in everyway. My buyer's loan process was a nightmare lasting 7 months, 18 days and Janis hung in there with me every step of the way. The paperwork was time consuming and far too frequent but she showed unbelievable patience and was extremely knowledgeable about the process. Anyone lesser than Janis would have bailed as there was little money to the agents by the time this transaction was completed. She listened to my whining, complaining about the mortgage companies ridiculous delays and still she stayed with the sale when others would have said "enough." She always took the time to answer my questions, obtain information from the lender and was the most professional realtor I've ever worked with. I recommend Janis Tolbert to all my friends who all marvel at the service she provided me and would absolutely hire her the next time I sell or buy property.
