I was referred to Mike by another friend so I had never met him before in my life prior to asking him to be my agent. I was a little hesitant because this was my first home purchase, and I wanted someone whom I was comfortable with and trusted. Mike kindly accepted to being my agent, and I couldn't be more happy that he did because Mike is a fantastic agent who puts the customer (YOU & ME) first. It took me about 1 year and 5 months to finally lock up a deal on a house. That was a result of the crazy market and my requirements, but Mike was 100% with me the entire way. We looked at many houses, and he would give his honest - unbiased opinion. I kind of tested Mike in the beginning to see if he was thinking the same as me, and my lender, and again Mike is very professional and was 100% honest about his thoughts. Additionally, Mike was always very responsive and I never had any issue what so ever getting a hold of him to ask a question, or look at a house. I mention this because during my 1 yr + 5 month search I ran into a lot of other agents that were not nearly as responsive as Mike. In fact, the selling agent on the home that I purchased almost let the deal fall through due to a lack of communication. Luckily I was able to work with the seller directly and straighten everything out ON THE DAY OF CLOSING! So this made me appreciate what Mike had done for me even more. I would recommend Mike to anyone that I know because he is a honest down to earth guy, very professional, and focused on helping you find the home of your dreams. Thanks again Mike!!
