We had been looking at property in Crested Butte, CO for many years. The timing had to be right for us to make the move, and when it was, Heather was there to make buying our new home a truly fun experience. Heather is the consummate professional. Everything, from her beautiful office to her great assistant, Mackenzie, made our experience AWESOME. The Heather Woodward team managed the entire process from start to finish. Nothing slipped through the cracks and we closed on time without any hassles. When I think about it, it was the little things that meant so much to us. Like helping us find an insurance agent in the area, or contractors to install wood flooring and granite counters. We currently live 1,500 miles away. The only service providers we know are on the Heather Woodward Team... The team even helped us locate someone to have firewood delivered right after we move in. Wow! I didn't quite realize how much you had done for us until I wrote this. Thank you again so much.

When you are selling a home, it is not always just a business deal. After my husband passed away, I found myself in a very difficult situation. Besides not having a clue about such matters, I needed to sell our family vacation home, where so many great memories were stored. Heather and Mackenzie were sensitive and patient to my situation. They gently guided me through the process, never pushing, always listening. All deadlines were made on time and everything was communicated and explained. Living in Hawaii, it was very helpful receiving professional updates of the market throughout the year by mail and emails which helped to evaluate what is out there and what my competition was, not to mention Heather made herself available thru calls or texts to accomodate time changes and work hours. All in all these women promised to do something and they delivered.
