I have know Kenny well before I knew he was a realtor. We have played a lot of basketball together and has always been a great friend. When my family and I were ready to buy a house I had gone to him and asked if he would help. Boy, were we happy that we had made that decision! Kenny was very patient with us. We had passed on two homes before finally finding the home we have been looking for. Kenny had gone above and beyond what was expected. Before settlement of our home we have found that the oil tank was below ground. Kenny made sure to advise us that it would not be a good decision to settle until arrangements were made to have replaced with an above ground tank. Again, Kenny came through and made the arrangement with the sellor to have replaced along with some windows that needed fixing. Thanks to Kenny, we now have the home we have been dreaming of and could not be happier! Thank you Kenny for all your hard work and dedication you gave not only to me but my entire family. Ken has helped my husband and I buy two homes and sell one home. He has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate business and did everything he could to help us sell our home and find the perfect new home. He put our happiness first throughout the entire process and was extremely accommodating to meet our needs. Ken was a great negotiator and helped us get the best deal when selling our house and attempting to buy our new house. When putting our house up for sell Ken did an exceptional job of getting our house seen on the real estate market. We had numerous views online and showings at the house within the first few days of our house being listed! We can't say enough great things about Ken.
