His team recently sold our home in Bel Air. It was a very stressful relationship for us. Once we signed the contract, we heard from Chris very little. In speaking with other realtors, we have come now to understand that his type of business is team-oriented. This means that he sells his business and then does the negotiating (I suppose) but his people (team) do the rest of the work. Granted, when we called him, he responded pretty much on time, but when we did speak it was quick and if we did not know what to ask, he would not elaborate. When it came to the inspection, we thought he should have fought more for us; but he just said do whatever they say, even the little things. He does not come to the settlement. We received no word from him personally after the sale. He did not even send a "thank you for your business" e-mail. If you are looking for someone who has very little contact and conducts business in a team-oriented fashion, go with Chris Cooke team. You'll love it. If not, do not choose his team. I gave him an average score because he did sell the house. But would not recommend again.
