From our first meeting, everything about our interactions told us our experience with Kristen would go well. Kristen really took the time to listen to us, understand who we are and what we wanted out of the process. Her market research and knowledge, combined with her many years of experience, meant we essentially sold our home on Day One at our one and only open house. While other overpriced homes in the area sat for months, Kristen priced our home appropriately and competitively, driving up interest, and ended up getting us $10k over our asking price! Kristen was also always in touch, whether via email, text, or phone, and seemingly works day and night.
