Kristen Jones started out OK, but in the end she would not respond to phone calls,e-mails, or texts. Ms Jones knew we had to be in a house by a certain date. Her refusal to answer us forced us into U & O to the tune of $100 a day, $2100 later finally in the house. Ms. Jones kept telling us all we needed was a survey for the CO, after the survey we find out we need Monuments, more time wasted, Ms. Jones states she has worked the Island for 13 years, why didnt she have knowledge of the survey requirements? After the survey the sellers signatures were needed, only they now are in Florida, more wasted time. Ms. Jones kept putting the blame on my attorney because he was from Sussex County in NJ, as if house buying rules differ from county to county. Horrbile buying experence with Kristen Jones. She and her boss took to name calling,your a nervous Nellie VERY unprofessional. Having made over $16K on the sale of the house, not one thing as a house warming gift, yet she wanted me to buy her a steak dinner.Stay away, there must be better, more knowledgeable agents serving the island.
