Rachel stuck by my wife and i for 8 months as we searched for a house - meeting us for tour after tour as we found the right house - and was an energetic and positive partner for us the entire time. She is a strong agent with many good qualities, but three in particular set her apart: 1) Her communication skills are excellent - she is extremely responsive and available at a moments notice, which is crucial in a hectic housing market. She answered texts and emails quickly and thoroughly; answering our base questions, but typically going beyond that to preemptively provide further information which limited followups on our end and gave us valuable insights (we went from knowing next to nothing about buying a house, the market, or the process, to pros at the end, mostly due to Rachel). 2) Her knowlege of our local market - she had a great feel for the local market, including in depth knowlege of the intricacies of different neighborhoods, price points, and considerations. She also has a strong local network of contractors, inspectors, etc that was very useful to draw upon. 3) Rachel has a strong knowledge of houses in general - ranging from types of appliances to HVAC systems to building materials. For first time buyers, she was a crucial source of information for us. I would highly recommend Rachel, and look forward to working with her in the future if needs arise.
