Working with Linda and Raymond Carnevali highly exceeded my expectations. I live in Ohio and Linda and Raymond listed and sold my Dads home in Pennslyvania for me after he passed away. Being about four hours away made this process more difficult, however Linda continually went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the home selling process. Linda was available to answer questions or help in any way she could at any time. She even arranged for and did things, such as meeting at the home with the cable company to ensure I didn't have to make the eight hour round trip unnecessarily. In addition to her knowledge, Linda is personable, friendly, and she was incredibly compassionate during this difficult time. Honestly, I can not say enough good things about Linda. She is definitely in the right profession and I would highly recommend her to anyone

My wife and I have worked with a few realtors over the years. Most of the time it's been typical, they list the house, show the house, and have some general support from head quarters. Betsy is completely different. Her team of people made it possible to communicate quickly. There was always someone there to answer our questions. And the team did an amazing job communicating internally. Whoever we talked to was familiar with our home.More importantly, Betsy always shot us straight. Other realtors we met with told us the house was worth more and would sell quickly as an attempt to get our business. Betsy showed up with detailed information and explained to us the homes true worth, the range she expected, and let us know there were some things about the home that would limit the number of interested buyers. She guessed 60 to 90 days on market, and we sold around 80 days.She also let us know, photos are the most critical part of selling in today's market. Therefore, she had an amazing professional take great photos of our house. Sometimes I thought people might wonder if they were walking into the same place. Our neighbors were even asking about who redid our floors (note: they weren't redone).She also let us know clearly what we need to do to get the home ready for sale. She didn't dance around things that needed to be taken care of, or things that weren't that important. She was a true help in getting our house ready for sale and keeping us at ease during the selling process. Everyone wants to sell their house fast for a lot of money. Betsy does a great job keeping you grounded in reality. Special thanks to Betsy and the team for all your work! It was a pleasure working with you all.
