Horrible customer service! We set up an appointment time at 11:30 to view a home. We showed up at 11:25 Ginny ended up texting us at 11:35 to let us know shell be running late, she showed up at 11:45. Wasnt very talkative when we did the walkthrough or knowledgeable about questions we had. She gave us the number to a preferred lender who has yet to give us a qualification letter. We found a home we wanted and asked Ginny at 4:00 pm to put in a offer for us, she replied stating aEURoeok, Ill get back to you shortlyaEUR?. It took till around 8:00 pm not hearing from her for me to text her asking her the status of the offer go her to tell me she needs the letter. She has made this experience a headache. Very unfortunate, now we will have to find another agent who has the time to help buyers. Definitely would not recommend! Now the home we wanted is under contingent standing. We lost our dream home!
