There is absolutely NOBODY LIKE KATIE! Katie went above and beyond to help us find exactly the right vacation home and then was there for every detail of the negotiating and buying process. She knew all the best agents and vendors to send us to for all the arrangements we needed to make and for furnishings and services. After everything was signed she kept in contact with us and mentored us with regard to acclimating to our new condo. She encouraged us to make a rental property for weeks we weren't occupying our condo and taught us everything we needed to know about renting our property out. She is responsible for us having a spectacular rental business that more than pays for our condo and all its bills. She did all of his with a smile and a wonderful attitude, always looking out for our best interests. It worked out so well, Katie is the main reason we decided to take the plunge on a second property. Katie was there for us all the way through that process as well and we expect to do just as well.
