Karen Rollings is masterful at her profession. Hyperbole may seem absurd, but I was completely served in my role as a prospective and now current homeowner. I came to Karen because she had sold my parents home and helped them move into a beautiful condo. In her work with them, she showed the perfect balance of attentive ear and wise counsel. She even noticed an error in the closing documents that saved my parents thousands of dollars. My own experience as a first-time buyer in my late twenties was similarly stellar. Karen was confident, dedicated and sincere. She and her team found many listings surrounding my exact specifications and identified new options when I waffled and looked for new neighborhoods. She was a tenacious advocate when it came to negotiations around the price, my loan approval and credit check. She also found me a terrific ARM mortgage that will reap huge financial benefits should I purchase a larger home in a few years. I now own a 2-bedroom condo in Columbia Heights, blocks from the metro with wonderful amenities and touches. This was all due to Karen's consistency and personal investment. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I had the good fortune to have met Karen Rollings for a previous relocation.
