We chose Brenda to represent us in selling Two of our rental properties.These properties were not in high demand areas and other agents were unable to sell them. When we contacted Brenda, she immediately met with us and spelled out her plan in writing. She was always available to answer any and all questions by phone , e-mail or text. She was by the book and always professional. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our property and made sure it was promoted on all applicable types of media. She communicated with us weekly by phone or text with updates, even if there was no news. She sold our properties for more than the comps. The entire process was seemless!! She was with us every step of the way and personally made sure all the Is were dotted and Ts crossed. Her attention to detail was nothing less than amazing!! She even went with us to help us pick out new decor for the properties. Brenda was always available to assist us and she went above and beyond numerous times during the sale of our Two properties. In the 20 years we have been real estate investors, we have never had anyone represent us with the professionalism and quality of service that Brenda offers!!
