My wife and I have used Lance for both buying a new home and for selling our old house. We couldn't be any happier with his service. I was shocked to have him tell me that he thought that we could list my home for much higher than I had hoped and then he made it happen in a short time. Lance went above and beyond for us on both transactions doing many things that I know others would not have. He was always easy to get ahold of, happy to answer questions and instead of pushing us to list at a low price to make the deal happen quickly he instead helped us get the most out of the house. I truly think that we would have gotten less for our home had we listed with most other agents. I highly recommend Lance and I can guarantee you would not be disappointed.
