Hands down, Bruce is the best realtor I have ever worked with in my 25 years of buying and selling 5 different homes. I have never had any real estate agent so strongly support me and my needs in the way he did. He went the extra mile every step of the way--with professionalism and exceptional knowledge and skill. He had a unique way of really hearing what was important and incorporating that in how he worked with me. Everything is different these days with the new loan laws--and Bruce was highly informed about the loan process, as well as having such strong knowledge of the real estate business in general--and local properties. He is simply both exceptional to work with--and an all around great person to deal with at a stressful time. I continue to feel so much gratitude that I found him. Buying a new home is not an easy process--but he made it both smooth and pleasant. I really can't say enough about what a great experience it was to work with him. Bruce was truly a pleasure to work with! He knows his business and the area impeccably well. He met us with a graceful sort of amicable professionalism. We found him to be an amazing listener with an intuitive knack for asking the questions that revealed what we were truly looking for in a home. We felt like we were his only clients the entire time we worked with him. In our initial search, Bruce was forthcoming about the pros and cons of various locations and types of housing. In the contract process, he was highly detail oriented and obviously working to create a negotiation that worked in our interest, with our timelines, etc. Being remote, Bruce made the process smooth and coherent for us. He responded quickly and knowledgeably to every inquiry we had. He never dropped the ball once, more than that he educated us about things we may not have considered otherwise.
