We hired Ms. Noll due to her abilities in decorating and staging, as well as being in agreement on ways to market our home for sale. Ms. Noll said she didn't want to do a short sale as it wasn't in her expertise and came back 2 days later saying she really wanted to help us and that she said she felt bad for our situation. We found her later within a couple of days to be working 2 ends against the middle as she had contracted with a good friend to be her buyer as well on our home. She came back to us once she knew she might be able to make a dual commission. That is a difficult and almost impossible real estate transaction for both parties, and her friendship took precedence over our seller's contract. During this time we lost every penny we had to recover from this fiasco. Ms. Noll's temper flares were extremely unprofessional as was hanging up on us if she didn't like our suggestions all for the benefit of her loyalty to her friendship. Her friends dropped out of the sale a week before closing after 3 months because they decided they couldn't afford our home. We sat in negotiations for our earnest money for 2 months becausethey insisted it was because our shower was not chalked properly at the bottom of our tub. Julie told us at the offer table that we would never see the earnest money, and we were wondering what it all meant. After a review of our sale, Julie's broker apologized profusely and assigned us another realtor in her office. At that point things were too far gone and the deal was done and we did receive the earnest money due to the conflict of interest. We have closed 7 real estate transactions, and this was the most deceptive and awkward dealings and wouldn't want anyone to be put through such an unprofessional transaction of extreme importance). This was a life canging experience where this realtor changed our family's financial position to have lost every penny we had in our home and savings due to the time that went by with our home taken off the market for several months. We didn't have a backup buyer and had to begin the entire process over again.
