Even with my busy schedule (I travel a lot for work) Kelly made the time to work with me and set-up showings that fit my schedule. We found a nice house just outside my price range and the bank rejected my offer. We continued to look at houses, all the while Kelly kept tabs on the property I had tried for and missed. Low and behold the property came down and with Kelly's advice I was able to make an offer within my means that the bank accepted. Before the bank selling my new home came down, we looked at dozens upon dozens of houses, and the best part, Kelly was always honest with me. If she saw something that seemed out of place to her, she spoke up and pointed it out. She never forced my hand in any decision making, but always gave input when I asked and always had my best interest. If it wasn't for working with Kelly, I probably wouldn't have found my new home.
