My wife and I first worked with Steven a couple years ago; the landlord of the condo we ended up renting had hired Steven's firm to handle the leasing process. At the time, we were very impressed with Steven. He was clearly intent on making sure the entire process was a success, that all parties were happy with the outcome. So, when it came time for my wife and I to buy a home, we were pleased that Steven was able to take us on. As first time home buyers and on a limited budget, we needed someone who we could trust to guide us through the process, and Steven fit the bill. Steven is clearly a kind person, very good natured and pleasant to work with. He was extremely responsive throughout the process and provided valuable insight, honest advice, and went out of his way to make sure we ended up in a home we'd be happy in for the long haul. He worked well with the other realtors, and in the home we ended up in, went to bat for us on a couple items to help make sure we didn't end up on the wrong side of a deal.In short, we are extremely thankful we had Steven to guide us through the home buying process, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the north OC area.
