After having our home listed with a previous agent whose only strategy seemed to be lower the price we interviewed a number of people and hired Jim. He had a number of excellent marketing ideas and assured us that he would continue to aggressively market the house from day one until it sold, which he did. The sale turned out to be a difficult one because of the intransigence of the buyer and the lack of professionalism and responsiveness by the buyers agent, yet Jim was diligent and professional. He continued to follow up to get feedback and to make the deal happen. Despite our frustration with the buyer, Jim was a calming influence and never lost his cool or was unprofessional. There was not a single thing that he was not on top of. He is a true professional who made this deal happen when other agents might have let it fall apart. We very highly recommend him. He is excellent.
