Absolutely recommend SharonaEUR|go nowhere else!!! In a word, our experience with Sharon and her team was AWESOME. Sharons understanding of the local market and her access to local government and commercial interests far surpassed our 6 previous relocations. After serving 20+ years in the Army we were looking to move back to Bucks county and Sharons services notified us of a beautiful 100+ year home in historic Yardley. Her market acumen allowed us to get the house at an incredible price and her technical competence had us ready to settle within 30 days. Sharons network of contractors to conduct the requisite inspections and work estimates on very short notice (were talking within 24 hours) was ridiculousaEUR|I would not have believed it if I did not experience it. But more than getting us an incredible deal and to settlement in rapid fashion, Sharons teams thoroughness and knowledge made this such an enjoyable process. Most especially the follow-throughaEUR|a week after closing, Mike was helping me install blinds in our new house!!!
