I can't say enough about Frank Jackson. From the outset, he proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable, reliable and helpful. My wife and I kept commenting on how he spread an atmosphere of calm throughout the entire process of working with him. Then, when we ran into enormous difficulties with the buyers of our home, which threatened to cause us to lose the purchase of our new home, Frank showed his true colors! If it were not for him, we certainly would have lost the transaction on both houses. He repeatedly saved the day by managing the buyers of our house, their realtor, their mortgage company, the sellers of our new house, their lawyer and us! Any one of these people aEUR" including us aEUR" could have blown the whole deal because of the tremendous difficulties that arose as a result of problems from our buyers and their realtor. I am quite sure no other realtor could have done better, and very few could have done as well. My wife and I are psychologists and recognize what it took to sort out the mess of personalities and the practical problems as well as Frank did. And he did it despite the fact that it took up a huge amount of his time which was not in any way his responsibility. Talk about going the extra mile. We are truly indebted to him. Thank you Frank!
