There is not much to say about Emad because his work speaks for itself. He not only treats you like family but he looks out for your best interest at all times during this tedious process. Emad was available at the drop of a hat and was able to work around 2 work schedules to show us homes. Emad is up to date on listings and quick to notify you when something just hits the market.His knowledge during the closing process was impressive. He made it a point to be there for us during any document signings and was available for questions. He seems to have built an extensive rapport with local title companies and lenders because they all seemed to respond with quickness when he asked for something. Emad Basma is the most reliable, experienced, helpful realtor that I have worked with. We started out our process couple of months ago, and we quickly realized that the market is pretty hot, and that the realtor we were working with was not helpful.
