Angela was a great communicator and pleasure to work with. The response time to questions was very short and she communicated by text, call and email which was wonderful! She was diligent in searching for houses that meet our requirements. She had flexible availability which was an important factor because our schedules change week to week. As first time homebuyers, there were a lot of factors that we overlooked but she always kept us informed and gave us professional guidance. She made awesome recommendations for financial assistance and closing items. She kept us up to date on items for closing such as power, water and sewage, and inspection, which allowed us to close on time. The overall experience as a first time home buyer went well due to the effort of Angela Smith and Gregory Pilch.
