Working with Matt and Erin Berg of Berg Realty LLC in Parrish, Florida was the best home buying decision I made. My wife and I hadn't purchased a home in over twenty years and were really rusty on the process. Matt and Erin had our backs evert step of the way. From price negotiating, putting together a thorough contract and addendums, to keeping us on track with our responsibilities, Berg Realty was on top of it. Matt saved my wife and I thousands of dollars by skillfully negotiating the transfer of an existing solar system on the property. Matt and Erin have extensive knowledge of the local area and were able to refer us to well qualified professionals eager to serve our needs. Although I'm sure Matt and Erin were working with multiple clients, their fast response time and personal attention made us feel we were always the top priority.
