Big shout out to Matt Berg and Erin Linhardt Berg, they make a difference in having a successful buying or selling home experience.Ive bought and sold homes 5 times in past 16years and this was by far our best sale and purchase we have experienced. We recently listed and sold our house quickly and for the highest $$ that I believe a house in HR has sold to date, or darn near it. This would not have happened without a professional. Matt and Erin Berg sold our house within 60 days from listing to closing. I was impressed with Matts negotiations with our buyer. His communication was on point and persuasive. He also listened to my concerns and helped navigate piece of our deal that were challenging around inspections etc. It was a great experience due to Matts expertise.I look around Parrish and see many homes for sale by no name realty companies or by owner, you might save a few $$ in commissions but what are you sacrificing in return, time and stress. I was skeptical at first but then I met with Matt from the beginning it was no pressure and honest conversations that put me at ease and ultimately his results speak for themselves.
