Can we get an extra star?! Mike is a top notch real estate professional and I would highly recommend him. I had the pleasure of working with Mike to sell my condo and the process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Mike was knowledgeable about the market and my condo sold within 2 weeks of listing, at a higher price point than I was expecting. I didnt have to worry about a thing - Mike was on top of everything and he made the entire process very seamless.Mike was diligent in ALL communication. Any time I called, emailed or texted - Mike responded to me quickly. My schedule can be challenging to accommodate at times, but Mike always maneuvered to work out times and meetings. Mike is partnered with excellent legal teams as well as an outstanding inspector who saved me a great deal of headaches. Photos were top notch and the brochures were very professional looking. I actually felt bad that we had them printed and didnt even use them because the property sold so quickly. When you interact with Mike, you can tell that he loves his job and is working to get you the best outcome possible. I will definitely use Mike again and would highly recommend him.

We had a ton of issues finding an agent we trusted during our home buying process. Out of sheer luck, we were directed to Mike and we were very grateful to have his help during such a stressful and exciting experience. I found that the other agents we worked with would put their own desires for a quick sale before our needs as a home buyer. They pressured us to make offers without fully understanding our priorities for a house. But Mike was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout our home buying process. In such a hot market, he would respond instantaneously and provide clear and honest feedback. If a house wasn t a great fit, he never tried to push it onto us and understood exactly what we were looking for from our first conversation. The house we ended up purchasing received multiple offers and ours beat out all others due to Mike going to bat for us. I would 100% recommend Mike and definitely plan on utilizing his expertise again if I ever purchase another home.
