If you are buying a home in the greater Waco area and you're not using Christie Gilliam, you're doing it wrong.Christie and her team were the absolute best people to work with. They are all extremely responsive, communicate clearly and are truly, truly honest with you throughout the entire process. She has SO many connections in the area, from home inspectors, titling companies to loan officers and everything in between. In this hectic market, moving quickly is key, and this team was fantastic in how efficient they worked. As first-time home buyers from out of state, we were incredibly nervous about the whole process, but Christie was our greatest advocate and such a professional. She's extremely knowledgeable, savvy and simply the best. I recommend Christie and her team to anyone and everyone who's buying a home!!

After doing tons of research and having dealt with realtor's in the past, I hesitantly reached out to Christie to help me find a house in Waco. My research paid off. She knew what I was looking for (it was like she plucked it right out of my head!) and would point out the negatives about certain houses we checked out. She was with me every step of the way, definitely going above and way beyond what a normal realtor would. When I finally settled on a house, we discovered the A/C wasn't working after inspection but during walk through. It took 3 days to finally completely close on the house. The seller didn't want to do what was right; only what he was contractually obligated to do. Christie fought hard on my behalf and tried to do something fantastic, but I wouldn't let her. She also made sure the house was watched over during the 3 days it took me to get the keys and while I was out of town packing and moving. Awesome, on the side of her client, and even though I'm sure she's as busy as a bee she acted like I was her only client. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with and what a great person she is. My hat is off to her; she's the BEST!
