We purchased our home with Alyssa?s assistance at the height of the pandemic madness. We would routinely arrive at open houses as early as possible only to find out that the house had already gone to another bidder even when the bar sellers suggested they were not accepting pre-open house offers. We told Alyssa that we wanted to be those people who were able to get the house first. We were discouraged. Alyssa was a confident and consummate professional throughout. She was easy to work with very friendly and really cared about us. We were able to purchase our current home because Alyssa called us advising us that we had several hours to get our offer in in another situation where they weren?t accepting offers prior to the open house. If she hadn?t reached out to us and using our cell phones helped us do all the documentation to support an offer while we were on a highway in a rain storm in New Jersey, we would never be here now. Brian helped us through our first home purchase and it was excellent! He was extremely responsive to any text, call or email and he had no issues answering any question no matter how small it may have seemed. He did his diligence in looking into market pricing and made sure any house we looked at was priced fairly compared to comps. He was really a master of the Northern MA and Southern NH area being that this is the area he grew up (it really showed whether it come to amenities, schools, and home pricing). Anytime we wanted to see a home in this area he made himself available and we really appreciated it. Finally, the closing (which I have heard many terrible stories about) may have been one of the easiest parts of the home buying experience. We had no hiccups and were able to close in just under an hour. He had everything in order (obviously with the help of the lawyer which his company selected) and was right on time. We had no issues with Brian and he made the process a great experience.
