We were actually working with a different agent while searching for our first home (north shore area), but when we found a house that we loved in Natick, we knew we had to act fast and find someone who could better represent us in that area. We met Jessica at another open house that day and got to talking; we ended up learning so much more about Natick, the different neighborhoods and about the home buying process in general. We called her immediately after deciding that we wanted to put an offer on this other home. She dropped everything that day to help us get approved, figure out how much to offer, she explained all of the paperwork, every single document we knew what we were signing. As other reviews suggest, Jessica is not only extremely knowledgeable about all intricacies of the industry, but she absolutely looks out for the individuals she is represents. I could tell that she was steering us in the right/honest direction, and she did not push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. She was always easy to reach if we did have questions. As a first time home buyer (and an anal researcher), Jessica really did everything she could to educate us and ease any of our concerns throughout the entire process. She was the calming factor in this crazy life event!!

Jessica helped us to buy a new house and sell a house in Natick. She knows the Natick market incredibly well so we felt very confident in her advice to us on our purchase and sale timing, the probability of finding a new home, and the likelihood of quickly finding a buyer for our old home. She was very low-pressure, so we felt comfortable asking her all of our questions and seeking advice and taking our time to process all the stuff that goes with buying and selling a home. She is fun and friendly, so meeting with her was actually fun and something I looked forward to! Also, she is so friendly and easy-going that she has established excellent relationships with other realtors in the area which seemed to facilitate communications on our behalf. She was very responsive over text, email, and phone which was reassuring and helpful during the stress of buying and selling a home. She has a wonderful team, too - everyone that we worked with was friendly, kind, responsive, and knowledgeable.
