We recently engaged John as our agent in connection with the purchase of a house in La Quinta. (We had previously engaged John for the sale of a house there which was concluded to our complete satisfaction.) John was unfailingly responsive throughout our search for a home and finally in facilitating a purchase transaction. The home we purchased is a winter home for us as we are ordinarily resident in Canada. We were able to close the purchase transaction quickly in mid-March but the home needed some work including some carpentry, installation of new carpets and painting the interior. John helped us source tradesmen to do the necessary work. Since we had to depart for home on April 1, John assisted us in every aspect of completing the work that needed to be done in our absence. Finally at the end of May our home suffered a break-in and of course since we are in Canada we have been dealing with that long distance. Again, when John found out about the break-in, he just took over for us without being asked. He has been dealing with the police, arranging for the house to be cleaned and helping with the installation of our alarm system, lock change etc.It is rare in this day and age to find someone whose after sales service exceeds any reasonable expectation but John has been absolutely fantastic. To anyone looking for a real estate agent, we could not recommend John Miller more highly.
