My husband and I met Dave in 2014 while looking at Trilogy in La Quinta. We loved the house he had a open house with, but it was too soon to make any decisions. I kept his card because he made us feel as though we were talking with an old friend. No pressure, no sales pitch, just lots of information. Even though he knew we weren't even close to making a decision, he never made us feel as though he was wasting his time with us. Three years later when it was time to make the decision, we called Dave.
