My experience working with Stormy as a buyer's agent was amazing. Due to her expertise and devotion, I ended up with my dream property! I'm picky and took a long time before committing, and Stormy remained supportive, patient and positive throughout the whole process. It's obvious her main motivation is to see her clients end up happy with the right property even if that means putting in extra time and effort, which she definitely did with me. She was great with communication, and stayed on top of all the properties that might be of interest to me, catching them right as they listed and sometimes before. She's also a friendly down-to-earth person that's easy to talk to. She has an innate feel for the subtleties involved in navigating the Bend market, like how to structure an offer to stand out, or how to skillfully correspond with listing agents to gain insight about the seller's needs. I found that most listing agents either already knew her, or knew of her through her reputation, or if not, they sensed her professionalism and personable nature right away, and were eager to work with her. That only helped my cause. Months into our search I noticed she was voted Best Realtor in Bend's "The Source" newspaper, and Bend has a LOT of realtors. I am not the least bit surprised. I really lucked out by teaming up with her -- you can't hope for a better agent. I highly recommend working with Stormy. 5/5 for sure.
