My wife and I first met Paul nearly 6 years ago when we were looking to buy our first home together. While searching on Zillow, Paul's name/profile popped up. We hadn't yet selected a Realtor to work with so we decided to reach out to him and he responded almost immediately. Two days later we were touring houses with Paul and within a week we had our dream home under contract. Paul was fantastic to work with throughout the entire transaction. He has great communication, is very knowledgeable, and truly cares for his clients to make sure they get everything they need.Fast forward to June 2018 and my wife and I, now along with our 2.5 year old son, decided we needed a change of scenery and made the hard decision to sell our beloved house. Without hesitation we called Paul to help us through the process. Selling a house can be very challenging and stressful, but Paul was a rock star throughout. With his help we got our house staged, listed, and sold for full asking price! I can't recommend Paul enough and we feel so lucky that he was there by our side."

I have moved and owned dozens of houses over the years and really did not feel I ever got the value that a home buyer or seller should get out of their real estate agent. That ALL changed when I met Paul Zorich. The man is of the HIGHEST integrity and work ethic that we have ever met in the industry. Paul does not "punch" a clock, he works endless days and all hours to help you find the right place at the right price. He is well trained in the area and what we really like is he doesn't mince words on what a property should cost to pay for OR what you should sell for.. You see Paul was an actual Professional Licensed Appraiser and a contractor before he took on this venture. He is a dedicated family man that works hard for his family. I can honestly state again that we lost hope in really finding a real estate agent that we actually felt was deserving of the thousands of dollars they would make on a sale or purchase, until we worked with PZ!!. IF you were to go with anyone else I can honestly say your getting short changed.. Test him yourself.
