RELOCATION!!! RELOCATION!!! RELOCATION!!! I cant say enough good things about my experience working with Tammy. I relocated to Tennessee from California but I had never been to Tennessee and relied solely on Tammy to find the perfect home for my family. I made a long list of all the things that were important for me with finding a home, things that I required of the property, activities within driving distance and delivery services available (I hate grocery shopping). I received listings as they became available and she was willing to drive the distances at any time for me to see the properties. The quality of video and the countless photos were very appreciated because I didnt know the area and I was Purchasing this home based on what I was seeing from her showing. It didnt matter if it was the morning or the night time, it didnt matter if it was a weekday or a weekend, Tammy was willing to make every effort to show a house that I was interested in almost immediately. There were many times when I thought I would never find a home and I wanted to make an offer just so I could move, but Tammy didnt want me to settle if I wasnt truly happy. She kept reassuring me and told me to be patient that something will come along and I'm so glad that she was right. Going above and beyond at every step of the way. She was willing to meet people out at the property for window measurements, furniture delivery and so much more. One of our vehicle was shipped and she even showed up to the property in the evening to help the driver deliver the vehicle and lock it up in the garage. Tammy wasnt my Realator, she was a true friend through the whole process. Relocation can be challenging and scary, but I can assure you that working with Tammy will help to ease concerns and make the process as stress free as possible. She knows her stuff when it comes to real estate (and more). If you are looking for someone that is going to be reliable, make the home buying process a smooth transaction, and someone thats going to act as if this was a home they were purchasing for themselves, then I highly recommend using Tammy Jeffers.
