My wife and I just closed on our first home in Yarmouth. Troy was outstanding to work with. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home in the greater Portland area.We cold called him (based on Zillow reviews) on a Saturday night, and he immediately lined up 10+ homes for us to see on Sunday and Wednesday. All the houses he showed us were in our desired neighborhoods and within our price range. We ended up putting in an offer that Friday. It was great to have an exceptionally responsive agent who was willing to work with our accelerated timeline.I felt he was truly our advocate in the negotiation process. He provided us with his professional opinion, but never pushed us to make any moves we were not comfortable with. In the end, I felt like we were able to settle on a very fair price for our home. Being first time homebuyers coming from out of state, it was important to us that our agent had a strong knowledge of the local market as well as the home buying process. Troy definitely met both of those criteria, and it was a very smooth process for us because of it.I cannot speak highly enough of Troy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchasing a home in the greater Portland area.

My husband and I met Troy just over a year ago when we were scouting out properties for my parents, who were planning a move from New York to the Portland area.
