Nathan was an absolutely invaluable part of our home buying and selling process. He completely understood our vision for our new home and never once tried to sell us on anything more or less than exactly what we were looking for. He was patient and communicative. He helped us navigate our quick turnaround on selling our old home after buying our new one with excellent advice on what to prioritize and providing outstanding staging services. Ultimately he got us into our house for thousands of dollars less than what we thought wed need to pay for it, and he sold our home for thousands more than I expected. I so very highly recommend using Nathan for your home buying and selling needs!Nathan knew exactly what we were looking for in our home. On more than one occasion I saw a listing that seemed like it could be perfect for us and picked up my phone to text Nathan to schedule a viewing, only to find that he had already texted me with a viewing scheduled for a time that he knew would likely work for us. He understood when there was a flaw that we couldnt get over and didnt ever try to get us to settle, and he understood when a home was great but out of our price range and didnt push us to offer more than we were willing. It was a long process (better part of a year), and he was patient the whole time. When we did finally find the perfect home in the exact neighborhood we were looking for Nathan was fully on board. We had made other competitive offers on homes that hadnt won, but we knew *this was the one* when we found our home, and we wanted an offer that would absolutely win. We were willing to offer upwards of $50-$75k over asking, but Nathan had done his negotiating work with the sellers agent and was convinced he could close the deal with an early offer for only $25k over. I was hesitant, but he asked me to trust him and it paid off because we were signing the closing documents that night!We then had about two weeks to sell our home. Nathan and John L. Scott provided staging services as part of their listing package, which turned out exquisitely. They also provided home cleaning services so our house was spotless upon listing. Nathan provided great direction on what buyers are looking for as they drive up and first walk in, and what we could let go in our time crunch and situation living with three small children! Ultimately we ended up with 9 offers on our home after the first weekend, including highly competitive offers well above asking and any home value estimate.I cannot imagine going through that whole process without Nathan. Everything was incredibly smooth and headache free, and I know the services he provides are worth far more than what they cost. You should absolutely use Nathan to buy or sell your home!
